I know what it feels like to carry the weight of the past, to move through life in survival mode, and to wonder if true healing is even possible.
My journey into breathwork and trauma healing began when I realized that my nervous system was constantly stuck between the four survival states of fight, flight, freeze, and fawn. Traditional approaches only took me so far, but through breathwork, somatic practices, and deep self-discovery, I found a way to release old patterns and reconnect with my authentic self.
That experience ignited a passion in me to guide others through their own healing. Today, I work with individuals who are ready to step beyond survival and reclaim their inner strength—including those navigating trauma, anxiety, CPTSD, and those walking the path of recovery.
My practice combines evidence-based approaches like polyvagal theory and somatic therapy with holistic tools including breathwork, Reiki (Usui Shodun Level II), mindfulness, meditation, forest bathing, and aromatherapy. This integration allows me to meet each client where they are and create a container for safety, growth, and renewal.
I am a certified Breathwork Facilitator, YACEP educator, and Reiki Usui Shodun Level II practitioner, trauma-informed and trained in somatic therapy and meditation.
My work is deeply inspired by pioneers in trauma-informed healing, including Gabor Maté, Deb Dana, Jeffrey Rutstein, Pete Walker, Peter Levine, Wim Hof, Judith Blackstone, and Stephen Porges. Their insights, combined with my lived experience, have shaped the foundation of my practice: creating safe, nurturing spaces where transformation can unfold naturally.
What I know for certain is this: the body holds wisdom, the breath opens doors, and healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported.
💛 If you feel called to explore this work, I’d be honoured to walk beside you on your journey of release, renewal, and empowerment.
